Did this for 10 days straight, (7 days, 3 rest days), went 57 to 55 kg. Its a great workout!

Thank you so much for this video! I am a big fan of No repeat workout, plus the kickboxing part makes it so fun! I do it everyday, of all the videos out there claiming to burn 500 calories this burns the most! 400 cals on my FITBIT, all other videos burn max 200 cals
