This was actually so fun! Felt like I was fighting off bad guys haha. And I loved how she took realistically long breaks, usually I have to take a couple seconds more than the instructor but hers was just enough!

I always hated cardio because it was always so boring and painful. But this workout was so fun. Not only am I sweating, but I also learned something new about kickboxing. This is by far on of my favorite cardio workouts 👍

Tried your kick boxing class today for the first time. I realize this video is a year old but I just stumbled across it and was thoroughly impressed. I felt like I had a full HIIT, cardio, tabatta style workout all in one. I don't know much about kick boxing but you made it fun and sparked an interest to learn. I appreciated how you broke the movements down into smaller bits and built on it while not giving too much time to cool down in between moves. The workout was easy to follow and was just short enough to not be overwhelming. Your instructions were clear and your moments of humor in between made it more personable. Great job and I'll be watching for more.
