I’m 59. Your classes will help me age more gracefully. I loved this class. Did avoid crow pose which I used to do along with other arm balances. Between that and push-ups I have arthritis in one wrist. So I use my fists or push up handles in downward dog etc. Thank you 😊

Hi Erin! I'm so glad I discovered you a couple years ago. You're my favorite yoga instructor on here. I've decided in 2019 to become more consistent in my yoga practice. I loved this practice. I'm not very good at the balancing poses, I'm always really shaky. Airplane and warrior 3 are difficult for me. And I've never been able to lift up my legs in boat pose, probably because my core isn't strong enough. Hopefully as I continue my practice and improve I will be able to do these poses.

I got to try out the non slip feature of my new mat today as I got sweaty in this practice! Lol Thank you for a fun class!
