Dearest Travis, thank syou for posting yin practices that I can still follow. I am 80 and have been practicing the beautiful yoga postures for over 40. years, however, today I had a most difficult time braiding my own hair. I was near tears and still am shaken. It feels gratifying to still find on you tube practices that I can still do. Aging has been a difficult time for me. I am very attached to my body and to the way things "were" . So I am saving this video for when I get back from my walk in the rain with my companion Mei Ling. Thanks so much and Namaste'
