Do this 7 min Routine Every day to learn the handstand in 2023!

In this video, we share the ultimate short but effective follow-along handstand routine that you can do every day to break plateaus and finally master this skill. This routine is for beginners and intermediate people. Why should you learn the handstand? Once you can do the handstand, a whole new world in calisthenics opens up for you. I am a beginner over 50. A few months ago I tried learning handstands. I realized my shoulder strength was not there due to college volleyball injury. However, the wall exercise you demonstrated was the exercise that helped build the shoulders. I had to start with knees on a bench and leaned over. Hold for 15 seconds at a time. Within a month I was able to hold myself upon the wall.

Cat Cow Stretch 5 reps
Child Pose hold for 30 seconds and move left and right
Reverse Wall Handstand 15 seconds * 4
Frog Stand 30 seconds
Hollow Hold 30 seconds

I have just started calisthenics and I am feeling very confident and feel much more strength in my body. I was an inconsistent being but now I am gonna change completely myself.

I remember doing Frogstans and they were so hard from the beginning :D Couldn't balance at all. But nowadays I am stronger and I am able to do things I couldn't do before. LOVE CALISTHENICS
