For those with knee concerns, here are some gentle modifications to keep you moving safely 🤸‍♂️

For jumping jacks, try side steps + arm raises - same cardio benefit, zero impact! Demo here:

High knees? Switch to marching in place. For squats: Go slow and shallow (45° max). Your knees will thank you!

much kinder on the knees than forward lunges. Control is everything!

For stair steps: Lower the step height (or use the bottom step) and move slowly with control - it's not a race! Focus on pushing through your whole foot, not just the toes.

Chair exercises are fine with smooth, controlled movements. For tricep dips, keep your feet closer to the chair to reduce knee strain.

Remember: Always warm up and stretch those legs (quads, hammies, calves) to keep knees happy.

Listen to your body and modify as needed.
