Mike I think the next video you should make should be on how to actually make the meals within your macros. I’m a female 150 pounds 5’3 with about 31.2 % body fat & im struggling to make the meals fit my macro I don’t know where to start.. I love all your meal ideas they seem delicious & motivate me to get the diet going! I just need help on how I should break up my calories and macros into meals! I hope I explained it correctly & i would greatly appreciate it if you can make a video explaining this Mike thanks 💪🏽

Love this strategy, I'm doing it with a calorie deficit, then after 6 weeks, I reduce my body fat from 30% to 23 ~ 24%. Later if I want to do a bulking, then apply your strategy, no need to overthink
