This helped a lot. I kept seeing so many so called “influencers” tell you that carbs are bad and that sweets make you fat and should be cut out completely, and leading you into a very unhealthy and miserable lifestyle of eating. but i realized it’s all about moderation. there’s nothing wrong with eating your favorite foods like pizza, burgers, etc bc it’s all about MODERATION. portion size!! how much you allow yourself to eat. don’t be restricted to eating what you enjoy, as long as it’s in moderation, you’ll be okay:)

I went from 190 to 125 in less than two years by changing the ingredients. I still eat burgers, but homemade turkey or vegan ones. I eat fries and chicken fingers almost daily. But I choose sweet potato and vegan nuggets. I have shakes, but protein shakes. I eat my favs, but prioritize the ingredients and nutrients along with working out has given me the body I always wanted with a lifestyle I can actually maintain 🥰 happy holidays 💕

I am very young. Honestly I shouldn't be so worried about my weight because I'm not overweight, I'm just not happy with my stomach area. Do you know what I mean? I adore Vicky because she’s SO down to earth. I love working out “with her” (in my living room LOL) because she’s not a robot that flies through a work out without taking breaks or straining a little (she REALLY puts in the work and you can tell that from this!) I feel like a lot of work out people on here try too hard to make working out look 100% effortless, and honestly it’s put me off in the past because I want to see that even profesional fitness coaches have limits, just like us at our house. It’s nice to exercise with a beautiful, down to earth, fitness profesional that doesn’t tell us to count every single calorie and to simply enjoy life while making the most of it. I find that when I am not working out I am more obsessed over how I look, and when I'm actually active I focus more on how I feel and the physical changes are just a plus. I stopped working out for a while but I;m feeling motivated to start again and I came straight to your channel! Thank you so much, Vicky! Your videos inspire me so much <3
