What to do 👇

1 : Lie on the stomach with the legs slightly apart and place the fingers far enough forward, then push on them to bend the lower back

2 : Sit by bending the legs and wrapping the arms around the legs, then round the lower back backwards and to the side

3 : Sit with one leg extended to the side with the arm under the leg, then bend the body to the side without pulling or holding the foot with the hand in the air

4 : Sit on a chair with feet blocked if possible, then turn the body to the side by pulling with the hands

Only the first exercise is bilateral, the other exercises must be done on both sides ⚠️
