i was always told to never stretch dynamically ! can anyone tell me where that legend comes from ? (thats what i was told in martial arts and gymnastics)

I think I overstretched and now I have lower back sprain on right side around SI joint. Is there a video on the dos and dont’s of stretching? What can I do to relieve lower back strain? Thank you for the wonderful details in the videos… helps a lot! I’m just starting out on my exercise but now I have hurt my lower back. Dull, sore, ache in the right lower back. How to prevent injury when stretching? Always grateful. Thank you!!!
