It was a long battle in quiting soda for myself, and looking at it as "thats not the correct fuel required to make me feel good". So I stopped using words such as "need, like, want" because they geared twords excuses for consuming junk foods. After a while words I more commonly use are "necessary and require" those words pull me into a different mind set to stay on track for healthier choices.

Hi Jenna. I found your page around the end of January and in February I did your wall Pilates challenge. It helped significantly and my core is stronger than ever now! Before I couldn’t do an ab circuit without stopping excessively or cutting out half the movements, now I just did you 10 min lower ab workout with no breaks doing all the movements without modification. My body feels completely different and my energy is way up! And this is going to bring my fitness journey full circle. Thank you so much!

After the menopause my body games 20 kg and seems not to respond to anything, diet or movement... and this is extremly frustrating and believe me... consistency is hard to achieve without any progress in front of big efforts😔but thanks for beeing a great example to follow❤

Thank you so much. I am looking forward to adding your wall Pilates to my work outs. This is my first time really putting in the work for resistant training and that is sad because I’m 55. (It’s never to late to learn) I love to walk and cycle but let’s face it you are totally right nutrition and resistant training is really what your body needs to achieve your goals. Yes! Body fat percentage and measurements make such a bigger difference than the scales pounds or trying to out exercise a bad diet

At least i got this information.thank you so much cause i really needed to hear this. I have been starving myself since last year nov then i started a gym membership like working out in gym without eating anythng just water or eating by lower than 1000 calories. Then i continue to working out at home after the membership expired. Then i was hospitalized now i cant workout through strength training. I started eating small but healthy but i see my self gaining back what i lost but the scale isnt changing

Thanks for this really good video. I struggle with some kg more since my menopause began more than a year ago and now I am knocked out, because I broke my calf-bone just were my ankle joint "starts". So 2 problems. Viewing your videos inspirate me what to do when I finally can throw away my crutches and got rid of this "being in a cast"🥳🥂🍾💃🏽

It's very tough to lose weight after having osteoporosis, as medications along with yoga is going on, no jumping exercises can be done, nor strength exercises, is there any other way to lose weight 😢😢
