yes I love this really works. The days I don't workout I eat from a 12pm-7pm window and the days I workout I eat breakfast before my workout then I fast thru lunch and have dinner by 8pm

I fast for 19hrs and eat during 5hrs window. My window is from 4pm - 9pm. This works.

Intermittent fasting is amazing for calorie control as you give yourself a shorter window to eat in and you can still eat meals that make you feel full!

Okey, this makes sense to me, eat whatever you want but practice intermate fasting to give your body a chance to recover.
