13 years of pain gone. Lower back pain, hips, knees and ankles all healed and protected. I can now run and jump pain free. God bless that man.

I'll say this, I've been doing his stuff for nearly 2 years now. I went from not being able to push myself back in a wheeled office chair to squatting 400lbs+ with no pain. Could be just because I've been training in general, but I like a lot of the movements he's popularized. Nordics + Reverse Nordics are fantastic alternatives to train your legs if you can't load your spine for whatever reason.

I've been doing knees over toes guy exercises for just over a year now. My right knee pain has totally gone away. I'm jumping higher, squating heavier, running faster, and feel more athletic than I've ever felt.

His program allowed me to work on fixing my knees because I am a 72 year old woman who noticed that I couldn't run without pain any longer.

A brilliant analysis of a brilliant guy. Thank you for sharing Dr. Raynor. I'm definitely sharing this with people I think would benefit from both the methodology described and the underlying mindset in this video.

Thank you for revisiting Ben's work. Over the past year, what I have learned from Ben Patrick gave me hope and strength when it looked like I was headed to surgery. Now I am doing full squats and lifting people on stretchers without pain. I even rehabbed my shoulder with his shoulder exercises!
My triangle of fitness that gave me back my life (after injuries and a bad MS relapse) is made of Ben Patrick, Esther Gokhale, and Pavel Tsatsouline.

I had significant injuries when I was 20 years old. Both of my feet were crushed and I had significant hip and thigh injuries.

2 years ago I could barely walk around my house. I had problems decelerating when simply walking. I had to stop to turn. I still do have those problems sometimes but now I’m able to do the front and side splits. I can do single leg super deep Hindu squats on my forefeet for high reps. And I can stand/walk/move for way longer! I can among many many other things do bens split squat holding an extra 1/4 of my weight soon to be 1/2.

Haha I can also curl a towel with a weight on the end of it with my toes really heavy! 40lbs!

I’ve taken it to the extreme lol. I train all day and I can do a lot of really cool stuff! For example I just recently curled more than I’ve ever curled! 75lbs in one hand! My thing is arm specialization & obviously foot training.

I can also sometimes go for long walk/runs totally pain free!

Thank you doctor! I feel better now that this is being explained and endorsed by an actual physician. And I'm going to try his program. I'm a little bit older former athlete and have a torn meniscus in one of my knees which is really restricting my life and I want to get it back and even improve

2 years of doing this training for me, my legs have never felt better and stronger. Like he said in this video, its not only the knee, its everything else around that is as important. I've gone from badly injured and unable to practice my sports to moving faster than ever on the badminton court even before my injury when I was in my 20s. His upper body training is also based on the same aspects, longevity and mobility, I can smash for several hours without any pain in my shoulder or upper back zone because of all the great exercises he teaches.
