I got my first dunk on 10ft, off a R-L plant, off the dribble on Monday.

No video, but I don't care.

The rim in this video is 9'7"

I'm the heaviest of my life. Muscle mass is through the room and just been eating meat and fruit out the wazoo🤣.

Weighed in at 209.66lbs this morning.

I used to be scared of gaining weight and mass because I thought it would destroy my vertical.

Not any more.

Build mass in the right areas and it will only skyrocket your strength.

I actually forgot one exercise in here as well... ATG squat with bands is MONEY for jumping.

I had a 24 ver when i was 290 pounds. Imagine if i did this and got to a 36 vertical at 290 😂
