And for 6+ years my job has been making coaching affordable.

Thank YOU for making this possible!

29 y/o BJJ Black Belt and gym owner here. Just got a meniscus surgery that put me in depression thinking I couldn’t be able to do my sport anymore or even been able to roll (spar) with my students.. just wanna say THANK YOU for giving us the tools and putting so much heart in what you do. Your program definitely gives me hopes to go beast mode again.

My knees are completely jackeded. I am 54 years old 6‘7“ tall. Played shit ton of basketball, big-time, skier, and surfing. It feels like I can barely walk right now. You’ve given me hope and inspiration. I am on a daily regiment and vowed to go down, swinging. Thank you for your knowledge. Time to get after it.!!

My old High School motto was, “Strength through integrity.” I think you are leading by this example. Thank you Ben for being who you are 🙏🏻✨

You struck the right cord. People really need to choose relatable, passionate, honest, and hardworking individuals such as you over rich and greedy businesses who don't care about anything but more money and are willing to do anything to achieve it.

I started on Monday walking backward for 10 minutes. After 2 days, my low back felt "worked, " so I didn't want to push it. While putting on my pants this morning, I was able to put them on without leaning on something for support because of pain and weakness in my hip and low back. Amazing! Tonight, I felt stronger, so I went on my backward walk again. Seeing results so quickly is exciting. I am almost 71 years young.

3 months into your program and my body is reaching levels I’ve never touched before when playing 4 years of HS basketball, I am truly amazed.

Dude this is amazing. As a teen who is in recovery from two knee surgeries (ACL and meniscus repair) I am so grateful my physical therapist introduced me to you. Doing tib raises and those deep squats has really helped my range of motion and confidence getting back into sports. I can tell you've been a huge inspiration to my pt and allowed him to better help a ton of people like me. Keep up the great work and happy holidays!

With each video over time I've cone to believe that Kneesovertoesmom and Kneesovertoesdad did a great job raising Ben. Shout out to them. And I agree that it is important how you treat people. You can have a difference in opinion without being disrespectful. It's possible to agree to disagree and treat people with kindness.

Thank you Ben. Last year I could not do the split squat. Now I can. I was air punching in excitement the first time I did it without assistance. I'm a middle aged man and with your assistance I am athletic enough to play soccer with my 10 year old nephew. Again, thank you.
Note: I discovered a cinder block that one can slip one's feet into the holes can be used for TB raises.

You are like my exercise physiologist who is also a man of integrity who always wants to help and put his client first even if it means he will earn less due to me having to have less appointments with him. He saved me from being bedridden for days every 2 months from lower back issue to now more than 10 years pain free life. Guys like him and you are a huge asset to this industry.

I’ve been so down lately about my knees and back. I had 2 acl reconstruction surgeries in my teens from basketball and at 45 my knees are painful, crunching and cracking. I’m barely walking and it’s effected my livelihood as a carpet and floor guy, it’s all I know. A lot of despair and no hope for awhile that I may no longer be able to support my family.

Yesterday, I found this video after watching him on Dr. Berg. I’ve been doing the exercises, and feeling more confident and that I’m on the right path. I have hope and most of all hunger to improve. That’s been lost visiting doctors and therapists that essentially told me I need to just retire and find some online work instead.

Thanks for the positivity and the inspiration. I really needed this badly.

Hey Ben--I just wanted to say thank you. Last year I was complaining of knee pain, and an inability to win a singles tennis match at my level (USTA 4.0). Well, thanks to a lot of hard work I am mostly pain free and as I approach my 54th winter I was able to win a singles match against a friend of mine in his 20s this past Friday. Backwards walking, tib raises, working on range of motion and strength throughout the range (my specific case requires a lot of work just to fully extend my right leg). I am grateful I found you. Please keep inspiring the world!

Thank you for always educating on the history of exercises and equipment. The way you honor those who have come before and paved the way for you to be where you are is so countercultural and refreshing in an industry where everyone wants to claim novelty and promote their own way as the only and best. Keep on blazing this trail my man there will be no telling the impact you will have on human health and wellbeing, all while setting a wonderful example of all around integrity.

Thank you for the work you are doing for all of us. I'm a 70 year old cancer survivor and I'm using your book to get more mobility. They really work! All elderly people in good health should follow your mother to stay independent and out of rest home's. That is equivalent to prison..
