Tried kickstand squats after watching this and found a substantial imbalance from something that wasn’t firing properly in my right hip/glute. Thanks @squatuniversity, I think this might be the fix to my tight adductor issue!

i started doing these because I hurt both my knees from being in the military. My legs have finally started getting bigger. start off with no weight to get the technique right if you start doing it.

I've been lifting consistently (5x week) for 20+ years and never have seen this, but it makes sense.

I unknowingly do this at work everyday when I'm stowing boxes for Amazon at the floor level. 😮 Glad I'm helping my knees 😌

I had knee pain for years when walking stairs, then I realized I had glute amesia and therefore used the quads more than the glutes which is an imbalance that can lead to a painful pull on the patella.
I realized I had to do squats going all the way down and decompress my knees for a few seconds, then when I go back up I have to concentrate on keeping the toes on the ground and really use my glutes to stretch my legs and body. Now I am knee pain free almost 100% of all days.

This is a miracle answer for me. I have a left leg dominant issue that's causing huge imbalance muscle growth on the right side lower back and glute. It's from construction, shoveling, lifting and also some boxing.
