This channel is a dash of humor at the intersection of self-improvement & impact.

The mission is simple: The pursuit of finding balance in being comfortable with who I am and who I need to become in order to be better. By achieving this, you can help yourself & then help others/make a contribution to those around you.

Finding this balance is based on improving variables in your mind, body, & soul!

How do I "find" my balance?
Fitness, self-care, self-improvement, education, breathwork, meditation, visualization, eating healthy, & giving back to the community. Why all of these things? It's about reaching a balance. You cannot go into the extremes of one category and neglect another. A balanced life is a happy life. A happy life is a fulfilling life. I will make videos surrounding these topics :)

When in doubt, "Do something that your future self will thank you for".

About a year and a half later, i'm still doing KneesOverToes every day. I was also able to pick-up soccer as a sport in my 30s :)

Football(soccer) player here. I've had 5 knee surgeries and a lower back surgery, all in my teens and twenties. I started KoT training when I was 31, and two years later I play soccer pain free and haven't had a single knee setback in that period. I think results will vary a lot based on how bad your knees are, and how devoted you are to fixing them, but I can't emphasize enough how good it can be to implement KoT in your routine where it makes sense. Life changing for me at least!

Thanks man. I just started this and an axillary program for me. I'm an Army Vet too and luckily I have very strong knees and the rucking didn't mess them up. But I just started dancing Ori Tahitian dancing and my age and going up and down is starting to take it's toll. Your review helps because it gives me a timeline to look at for when it will start to make a difference. I truly appreciate this.

Great job with this amazing process! I’m 73 and started KOT process about two years ago! My legs became much stronger also, and I raced bikes for 40 years. I still train 5 to 6 days per week on my Bikes. Now my squats are part of my daily mobility program! Great job with your channel! 🍺🤷‍♂️

Ben and KneesOverToes is the GOAT of performance fitness. Also, He sells sports equipment and it’s extremely durable and very high-end. Every company on the market is trying to cut corners and make things cheaper. He is not. He is building outrageously, strong, extremely durable rock solid products. I have his slant board and his reverse treadmill. Extremely high-quality stuff and I can’t recommend it enough.

I have had knee pain for years as well and I’ve always been told to avoid squatting. I was kind of in disbelief as it hurts even just to watch some of the squatting or sitting on your knees positions you share in this video, but hopefully I’ll be able to regain that strength through these exercises :) thanks for sharing

I was struggling to rehab patella tendinitis for two years then started the exercise program in his book and couldn't believe it when my pain was reduced so quickly, the sledding is key for the patella rehab, I cried when I felt the quad pump cause even wall sits weren't giving that stimulation.

"I say that and tomorrow Im going to tear my ACL" lmao got a verbal jesus bro out of me. Thanks for vid brother - had a knee surgery myself (31 going on 32) and never recovered to where I was before. Looking forward to being stronger pre injury.

I agree it works. Just doing select exercises has gone a long way for me where I no longer feel any pain while walking. I'm playing basketball pain free again in my 40s.

I’m playing pick up hoops again for the first time in a decade due to this program m. For me it was about 3 months before the majority of my pain went away

Can you do a video on the type of exercises that you did? Or share the videos that helped you? I’ve been suffering from chronic knee pain for 5 years. I’m so glad to hear it worked for you!

As it turns out, research shows that flexibility works in the body like weightlifting does for muscles. Contraction grows strength and size, extension grows flexibility! They're both ways to work your muscles and tendons, ligaments. Both will show you the limitations of your body and you can extend it by working them, getting progressively better. The body is truly a wonder

It’s nice to see this sort of realistic timeline.

Moving knees over toes is a necessity for normal mobility, not living in pain. I didn't think it's possible after tearing the meniscus at the age of 51, on the same knee that I had patella tendon reconstruction back in college. I strengthened the muscles. I worked on hip & ankle mobility but I minimized knees over toes until I saw one of KneesOverToes video and decided to try just the split squat (something I can do without equipment), and things start to really change. Yes, ligments, tendones, fascia. You lose it if you never use it.

I had the same experience with my shoulder ( that he also has a fantastic bulletproofing program for) I was a competitive swimmer until late teens but the time i was 13-14 doing overhead weights was painful due to shoulder trouble. I quit a few years later due to needing surgery to keep going. Saw many physios and got lots of help but nothing seemed to help. Of course over years it got worse and caused more and more problems in my 20s affecting my daily life and living in pain. In my early 30s I discover knees over toes and his atg program and haven't looked back since. I now do Olympic weightlifting and bouldering pain free which I couldn't have imaged in my late teens! Its sad but so many people in their late 20's early 30s give up because of injuries when a lot of the time with slow consistent work over time there is a chance of it getting better! So glad you can now play soccer and do the things you love and spreading the word of this program!
