today was my first day doing yoga for beginners and i love it, I've being having this horrible headache for the last couple of days and i keep taking pain killers and nothing work, well i just finish doing your yoga video instructions and my headache is no as stronger as it was a couple of minutes ago.
thanks so much for the videos, i'm absolutely going to continue i feel nice and relax

Thank you so much for this. First time and 120 lbs overweight. I am making it about half way now and will keep pushing till I can do it all comfortably before moving to a new one. Awesome video.

You are both great! Your voices and instructions are easy to follow along with in all of your videos. You're both excellent teachers; you provide articulated intruction, indications of landmarking position, inclusion of which body parts are involved in each pose, and clear explanation of what each pose is for and what should be felt or released. Some positions are extremely easy for me and others are impossible to do like the butterfly stretch and the forward fold I can’t even do the half distance and it’s frustrating and painful 😣 but I’ll keep practicing

This is amazing! I wanted to start yoga for flexibility and strenght for my other workouts, but this just gives so much relaxation and pain relief along with SO much more benefits. This video is perfect for begginers like myself :)
