Get ready to sweat my friends! We have a low impact HIIT workout ahead of us today. Low impact but high intensity that is!! We have one HIIT circuit that we're going to get through loaded with no jumping exercises. Two rounds today - 45 seconds on and just a quick 15 seconds of rest ooh it's going to be a sweaty one 🔥

THANK YOU!!! The "easy on the knees" and "no equipment; no jumping" workouts like this have helped me recover from tendonitis! (Daily Glucosamine Chondroiton helps as well)!
