if anyone tried this and thought “i’m never going to get this flexible” YOU ARE!! I have been watching Anna non-stop and i can do things that i never would have thought i could do. NEVER GIVE UP!

I love how on Anna'a tutorial's she's realistic and doesn't say, "GET THE SPLITS IN ONE DAY" like other youtubers. That way you don't get discouraged if you don't learn it quickly.

Ok but like let’s appreciate how much effort she puts to help everyone get flexible!! Like she could be playing Roblox or watching YouTube or anything else! But no. She puts in this effort to help other people! Thank you Anna for thinking about others and not just yourself :)

if you feel like you are not getting flexible then you need to think, do you think that your bones and ligaments can just stretch incredibly far in 2 days. no. can they over the coarse of 2-3 weeks. YES! it has been a little more that a month and my back and leg flexibility has improved SOO much. i didn't believe in myself but i found a comment that made me believe and maybe this one will help you believe.

1. Deep cat cows
2. Upward kicks
3. Rotational stretch
4. Backbend from knees
5. Cobra stretch
6. Child’s pose
7. Backwards bowl
8. Downward dog
9. Forward fold
10. Bridge on hands

These lil notes do not replace the video at all. It's just what I use to remember the stretches/poses when I feel like holding them longer or doing them without the video <3

Anna you have made me super flexible
Progress:
Day 1 : doing the routine
Day 2 : doing flexbile legs routine
Day 3: doing the back routine
Day 4: doing full body stretch routine
Day 5:working on some stretches
Day 6: trying to hold my handstand
Day 7:busy doing school work
Day 8:doing the back routine for 30 days to get my seal stretch to arch back
Day 9: holded my handstand for 2 seconds
Day 10: working on my splits
Day 11: i had a trip
Day 12 : Doing back stretch routine and leg stretch routine and full body stretch at the same time for 50 days
Day 13: now i can do everything arch back until the ground in a seal stretch kick up

I am going to try 5 of your stretch routine videos every day for 2 weeks and watch the improvement. Thank you so much Anna you are the best!!! I am trying to beat the flexibility of a girl in my dance classes who is very mean only to the people who are not as good as her. Because of you I am inspired to keep moving and achieve my goals with dancing! 🩰I am currently on my first pair of pointe shoes and the only one in my class that can stand on top of the box and that is why this girl bullies me- she can't do it like I can- I hope this is not way to long! - probably is sorry and thank you!!
