Have you hit a weight loss plateau? Here are some steps to help you lose the last 10-15 pounds.

Diltute the calories of your meals by adding more raw and steamed greens!
No late night snacking - try to finish your last food several hours before bed and get to bed as early as you can.
Don’t drink your calories - I love smoothies, I have them very often- BUT, if it’s really important to you to get this weight off - then drink only water and eat fruit in it’s whole form.
Make sure you’re moving your body -set yourself a walking goal - like 10,000 steps per day.
Don’t dine out - or if you do, be sure that there’s no added oils.
Potatoes, potatoes, potatoes… they really are the ideal weight loss food. They’re only 1% fat - satiating and versatile.
No cheat days - this might sound strict… but if you’re sneaking high fat foods in once in a while, it can make a difference.
