Thank you for such workouts that fit into people’s real life time and circumstances. Right now I’m a caregiver for my 5 year niece with leukemia. So to get. Workout is hard, but this type fits right into our life! Love these and when my niece feels well she joins me. She even wants to do her hair the way you have so if you have a ponytail that’s what she has and her attire as well.

I hope you know how much good these short workout videos can do. I could not have bring myself to move with out this but I had so much fun. Currently trying to move into a new home, work and study while battling w/ my mental health and being so worried about my loved ones. these types of videos really help me to keep going. i love working out in the morning, but on some days of the week i have a morning class and i don’t have enough time to workout and get ready before class starts, so i have to do it in the evening. this workout and your other short workouts are perfect for me to do in the morning before school

I thought this was gonna be easy, but using my body strength in the morning REALLY helped me shake the sleep off and now i am ready for my day. Thank you Maddie, you continue to inspire me with ways i could never expect :)
