This was the PERFECT workout for a morning when you wake up feeling under the weather. Allergies are a mess, it’s that time of the month, and I’m just tired. This was exactly what I needed to start my day with some movement.

This is EXACTLY what I didn't know to look for!! I got out of bed thinking, "I know I need to exercise to feel better today but something intense is overwhelming to think about right now." Then I pulled up MadFit to find a workout and this one popped up on top like my computer could read my thoughts! And it was one of those times that I didn't mind it - Thanks!

Oh this one was SO good. I was sick and couldn't work out for a week so wanted to ease myself back into it but still feel a bit of a kick, this was ideal!

Thanks MadFit! I used your videos for a good while in 2020 aiming for at least 3 times a week if not every second day, just rotating through some of your warm ups, low impact hiit etc and I saw great results and felt AWESOME. I felt like I was just hanging out with you while I did them. I just started a new job and need to make time and space for working out again so I’m so glad to get this nice pyjamas workout for when I’m up at 5am! Will be joining you again soon ❤

I absolutely love this! I have done it twice now! Once with my daughter and this morning before I get ready for work! I love that’s it’s short and all I have to do is roll out of bed start coffee and my water and do a short workout to get my body moving in a positive direction. I would love to see more of these types of workouts for a busy working mom of three girls
