10 Minute Little HIIT Run | Treadmill Follow Along!

We are doing a quick and dirty HIIT Run today with Coach Rachael! This is only going to last 12 minutes so give it your all! Switch between a 7 mph - 10 mph push for 40 seconds and a recovery pace for 20 seconds. We are going to get sweaty today!

11:00 minutes of run and recovery intervals

All speeds and inclines are suggestions. Please stay safe and within your comfort zone!

00:00 - Intro
00:40 - Warm Up
03:40 - Workout!

Ooooo wee is right! This one made me really focus, especially on my stride, which I've lengthened to be able to run at these faster speeds. I really appreciate that you provide workouts to stretch our performance. Next I'm going to pair this one with Rachael's Declining HIIT, then this Little HIIT will be the icing on the cake! Am I getting addicted?... let's party!!! GO TEAM IBX!
