Side note if you play sports like vb or basketball these workouts can really help with your jump height in my experience

Any tips for non jumping ones. One shouldnt jump over the weight of about 80 kgs because it can permanently hurt your legs

This isnt actually Hiit Training its just circuit training

TRUE Hiit training is pushing it to your 100% max effort for short bursts then resting enough to be able to do it at the same effort again for as many times as your can or a certain ammount of time

The excercises shown arent able to be done fast and intense enough to qualify for hit except maybe the running on the spot,

Think sprinting or jumping rope to fast enough that your gasping for air intense

If you do those jump squats and skaters too fast you will lose balance and probably break and ankle
