I had to google it because as a woman I could not believe that those were not sticky bras. But they are actually shoulder pads. I just typed in sticky shoulder pads and turns out you can get these at like Walmart. And they are intended for shoulders.

They really do make a difference! It’s subtle but I definitely think it will prevent people from making those comments to you about your weight. It just gives the sweater more shape and volume.

as someone very familiar with sticky bras that work exactly like these, don’t be surprised if one day you get too sweaty and you find your slippery chicken cutlet traveling down your shirt and onto the floor LOL. I’ve had one fall off (and out) in public before and it was genuinely mortifying. I had to go back and pick it up 😭
