In basic training, they made us hold buckets with sand straight otwards, parallel to the ground, for as long as humanly possible. We didn't do reps because we weren't trying to build awesome looking shoulders, we did it purely for strength, and it works. Start off with a medium amount and add more sand every time you notice that you can hold them up longer. At first your shoulders will fail and you'll have to lower them, but don't keep them down for more than 30 seconds. Raise them back up as soon as possible. Do it 3 times a week and hold those buckets up like your life depends on it. Do it until your shoulders can no longer hold them up no matter how hard you try. If you have no sand use water, rocks, whatever, just make sure they weigh the same.

Tip! about side raises: Do them both sides simultaneously!
I was one of those that used single dumbbs for side raises and ended up on a 3 months chiropractic. Never raise anything unbalanced.

Sir i did your 13min pushup workout for 1 year and i saw some amazing results. I went from 10 pushups to 60 perfect pushups, i could easily do different pushup variations. I've built crazy chest . During pushups workout i also learned some calesthenics skills like i master my perfecr handstand hold, kick up muscle ups, elbow lever and built some good strength. But due to my forearm injury I've lost my muscles and haven't did work-out from3-4 months now I'm recovered but i look like a p**sy, I've gain belly fat .Now my all strength is gone i can't even do 30 pushups, I look like a totally sh*t sir u changed my life from a 0 to hero and now I am requesting you to please help me 🙏
