Joe Fazer Shoulder training

Front delt
•Shoulder press 1 set 5-9 reps, 1 set 10-15 reps (1x per week)
•Cable front raises 1 set to failure (3x per week) 1:51

Rear delt
•Face pulls 2 sets to failure (2x per week) 2:21

Side delt
•Single arm cable raise 3 sets 10-15 reps (3x per week at the start of upper body days)
•Dumbbell lateral raises 3 sets to failure (3x per week at the end of upper body days) 2:47

•Switch things up if you get bored, make sure to use proper technique and progressive overload.

Bro i swear this past few months your physic grown in so much volume and size. looking big. Keep it up. You also inspired me and helped me how to start and what every exercises means and do and how to improve. Your program for skinny guys is what made me inspired. I was planing to go to gym and i didnt know what to do and you helped me a lot. I did really good progress in these past 5 months and wouldnt be able to make that amount of progress without your experience. Because of you my physical strenght and mental health improved so much. That feeling when your weak point becomes your strong point is just amazing.
Lateral cable raises were a game changer for my shoulders, I like to do them slightly leaning.

I do what I called '10 to 2' raises (think of a clock) so instead of front raises or pure sides, you take it kinda half way between the two. It places no strain on the joint, you can go heavier than with pure side or pure front. Turns the delts into volley balls from the pump.

Ever since I started lifting, I always used to neglect the shoulders simply because I had no idea I had to train them and especially this much, and because of this I’ve always looked really small, but about 3 months ago I was doing more research and found out how I completely forgot about shoulders, and now that I’ve been training them for the past few months I can see massive progress and it makes your physique looks 10x better! I stick to a similar routine to yours and honestly it works so well. It’s nice to know I’m doing the right exercises haha
