I mean if you want more stride lenght you need to produce more force in your hip flexors stronger tendons knees feet calves and need to be able to do nordic curls and plyometrics

The easiest way to start meditation is to sit quietly after a work out, good chemical release, breathing comes back normal and the thought process is calm as mind and body is more in touch with the sweat drying then naturally before u know it, u get into mediative calm with no thought. Then with practice they say one can release the chemicals without the exercise. Nice way to be able to start sitting in calm while trying to get your breath back. Could do well in prisons, schools n daily life. Body n mind 😊

When sprinting a 100m you don’t want to have a long stride you want to have fast and quick strides, with a lot of power to reach your top speed if you run with long strides during a 100meter race you won’t hit sub 11 or 10.

no bro you don’t know what you’re talking about. stride length is dependent on the amount of vertical force you apply at an upright posture. id much rather get better at the nordic and stronger through the tibialis and solis to apply greater vertical force. the more force to apply the longer youre in the air, the longer the stride length. basically guys just watch tony holler not this guy!
