This is a 12 minute ab session to target all of your abdominal muscles!! This ab focused workout is an awesome addition to incorporate into your fitness routine!

This workout includes a variety of exercises to work your core and abs for a quick and fun burn! The only equipment needed will be a mat or cushy surface!

As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!

After abdominal surgery a few years ago, I was never able to do ab work without excruciating pain. But this workout I can do just fine! I’m really excited about that. You’ve put together something that works me without triggering my painful spots, and I’m really grateful for that.
