Excellent explanations! Unlike other video where they just way things like “this kind is awful, just don’t use it” … and I’m like ok why? So this video is great because you’re not biased and you are thorough. Thank you so much

Thank you for sharing this information with us. My mom is using transdermal magnesium chloride oil. (Ancient Minerals) for 2 weeks. Already has bought two orders to give to all her siblings. She feels that it has changed her life because it has gotten rid of most of the painful knots she has had for about 4 years. Around 40 of them. She has went to therapy and has been dry needled twice a week for 6 weeks at a time with short term relief. I was wondering if the chloride will affect her thyroid? She uses it every day on most of her body. I cannot seem to find any information about it 's affect of iodine on the thyroid. She puts it on her neck hoping it will shrink all the nodules she has on her thyroid too. Do you know if it affects the iodine? I'm so thankful that it has given her much needed relief. Left a like and Love your channel. I'm already a subscriber. Have a wonderful day. :-)
