7 Minute Daily Yoga Routine for Beginners (Follow Along)

This is a 7 Minute daily yoga routine for beginners that you can easily do at home. It is compact yet extremely rejuvenating for the body and the mind. If you have never done any of the yogic breathing exercises or asanas then this can be a perfect start. One more thing, this video is not just to watch but to follow along.

00:23​ - Before getting started with this Yoga Routine, do this.
​00:45 - Yogic pranayama or the breathing exercises.
01:02​ - Aum chanting. Thrice. Aum chanting creates subtle vibrations within the body that makes the body ready for pranayama.
01:50​ - Bhastrika pranayama or yogic deep breathing. This is a simple yet effective way to fill oxygen in and pump toxins out. It energises the body and calms the mind.
02:29​ - Kapalbhati or rapid exhalation. Among the most powerful Yogic pranayama. It pushes the excessive air trapped in the digestive tract.
04:42​ - Anulom Vilom pranayama or Alternate Nostril Breathing. Anulom vilom instantly calms the mind. It has the capability to put you in a trance state. You feel mediative.
06:52​ - Bhramari Pranayama or Bee breath. This is the best breathing exercise for the brain. Stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, anger issues, weak concentration power, you name it, Bharamari has the power to cure any issues related to the brain. It even stimulates the pineal and the pituitary glands.
08:03​ - Rubbing the hands together before concluding. It activates the acupressure points.
08:32 - The two yogic asanas for a good stretch.
08:37 - Pawanmuktasana. The gas release pose. Best to beat acidity and gas issues.
09:01 - Markatasana. The monkey pose. This is especially for the back and the issues related to the spine.
09:41​ - Finally, the Shavasana, cools down the body.

0:45 how to sit
1:02 chanting OM 3 times
1:50 Bhastrika for 30 sec
2:29 Kapalbhati for 2 min
4:43 Anilom Vilom for 2 min
6:52 Bhramari 4 times
8:02 before opening eyes rub palms for 10 sec
8:16 place palms softly on eyes
8:22 slowly open the eyes

I have been doing this 7 minutes yoga since nine months and i feel much better than before and by doing kapalbharti my stomach feels relaxed. And whenever i feel skipping this yoga my body doesn't feel good. Thanks a lot fittuber🙏🙏

Actually I'm a national level yoga player it's actually good to see how the mindsets of people looking towards yoga is changing.
Day by day more n more people are into in bcoz of its infinite health benefits and so on.
It took me 2 years to convince my school principal and board members to officially add a class of yoga and now everyone really feels great after that class.

Hello everyone. I wanted to tell that I've veen following the daily workout session along with the yoga routine since a few days and I can already feel the difference. I feel a lot better and I feel a sense of accomplishment every day I follow the routine. The effort is to just start doing it and following it consistenly.
