25 Minute Full Body Strength Workout [No Equipment]

Tap in with us for a 25 Minute workout focused on building strength with just your bodyweight. Each exercise will be done slow and controlled (time under tension) so that we are maximizing muscle engagement with every rep. If you find that some of the movements are too difficult, especially for 60 second duration, we have modifications that you can do instead. If you want to add resistance to this workout, we recommend loading with dumbbells or a weight vest. Give this workout a try, and don’t forget to comment how you did!

I’m usually a silent viewer but I decided to share my experience with your workouts. I still wanna lose another 3 kg and gain a lot more muscles but I have lost 5 kg so far :). I love your workouts and they are sooo effective!! I prefer these to all the other “bigger” fitness you tubers like chloe ting etc. This is what I stuck to and the results are amazing so thank you so much! You changed my life :)

i use to be a cardio girl but one day I accidentally did your 30 min strength training and its changed my life, your strength training videos are excellent especially if you work out at home and the best part is seeing results from following your workouts.

I've been following along to y'alls videos for about 2 weeks and I've never been able to do a decent push up without using my knees, but i tried today and I could do about 4 🥺🥺. I'm super proud of myself. These videos really do help build strength I feel my core getting stronger as well which is another area I have struggled with for the longest. Anyways thank you guys for these videos 😁😁

Loved everything about this new workout! Can see myself incorporating this into my routine often. Like the warm up and cool down, no repeat and the illustration of what muscle groups are being worked. The time flew by. At the end I was, that’s it? And you snuck in those killer tricep push-ups. Crushed it.

Great workout!! I love the different types of squats and push ups. Was definitely a challenge, but it went faster than I expected. Keep up the excellent work!!
