Let make it simpler.

When you prioritize cardio after weight training your body only has one fuel source left to depend on "fats" cause you would have depleted glycogyn from lifting.
Also sleep depravation will affect your appetite by altering metabolic and endocrine function, basically forces you to eat
more but not in a healthy way cause of hormone imbalance 🤷🏽‍♂️
