It depends on the oats. If it’s quick oats, then it is unlikely not to have fiber. Oats can also give you a glucose spike. Long term weight loss is promoted by optimizing our hormones, eating low carb (<50 g/day) and many other factors. Also, counting calories isn’t adequate. Traditionally, the way they come up with calories is to burn food and see how much it increases the surrounding water by a degree. This is very different from how the food is broken down in our body.

I think I'm doing all the 4 hacks
1. 7 hours of sleep every day same bedtime and wake-up time! "Mobile phones are restricted inside the bedroom " sticker is pasted on my bedroom door! This we did for kids, so that we can spend some playtime fun time in bed with kids also discuss about things that happened on our day!
2. Chia seeds / walnuts will be included in my breakfast smoothie! - but not regularly!
3. Buttermilk- plain curd is an essential part of my diet on daily basis! Also for kids I'm giving a cup of curd post lunch as their dessert!
4. Milk! On daily basis!

I am following most of his ideas without knowing.
Now i am correcting myself.
Intermittent fasting really helps.
If you sleep, atleast you lie down and relax, you will get sleep.You will not be able eat.
I am a great fan of this Dr.
