Started gymnastics a few weeks ago and I already see massive differences. I can touch my toes with relative ease now. Every time I see improvement, I think of your vids.

I dont often comment on videos, but i will here.
This is exactly the kind of "body positivity" we need in todays society.
Why is climbing a tree not socially acceptable?
When did we start accepting our bodies breaking down at 40.

Keep posting, this is exactly the kind of thing we need today.

When we were kids and my dad wanted all four of us for something, he'd say "gather 'round for a parlay" and all 5 of us (Dad included!) would sit in deep squat for his talk. We called it "Dad's parlay pose" and it might mean something good like "let's go out for ice cream!" or something bad like "I've noticed some chores aren't getting done around here!", but really it was just a way to get 4 rambunctious kiddos to calm down and give their attention to him. 55 years later and I still squat like that. Miss you, Dad!! ❤❤

I've been sitting on the sides of my legs recently! It helps open up my hips. Thanks for the inspiration!

In ballet class they told us to never sit the W-sit, even though we could, because it's bad for the knees over time.

I always thought I am unathletic and inflexible, but these kind of videos give me much motivation. 😊 Since 2 months I train cardio, muscles and flexibility and already see results. ❤

Those are the two ways I’ve sat since I was a small kid :) glad to learn ignoring all the bullies paid off.

I cane across your shorts every ones in a while. I always thought that is amazing, but never tried it. Now I started climbing where I need to use my body to the fullest. So I came across your shorts again and try to become flexy. I think the videos/shorts are really motivating.

The second one is so convenient! It's the way i rest suring exercise,
And it made me able to do Pistol and dragon Squats without any effort other than keeping balance!
I can easily do 40 reps of at least 50 Kilo with seconds of rest without training for it prior.

Someone told me that W sitting was bad for you and for some reason that made me feel bad about sitting that way, but knowing it's not actually bad for you has made me use it more often! Thank you :)

I'm starting to get a little older now and have been noticing I'm a lot less flexible than when I was 25. So glad I found this channel

The casual fall into the front splits without opening ur hips is wild, and that's why I'm training to be able to do that (I can't even do regular splits so I got ways to go)

I feel motivated by this content honestly. My mobility is sometimes impacted because of external things that affect my body, but i feel like being able to do stuff like that is so powerful!

David I wanted to thank you for inspiring me to stretch again. I used to be a dancer in childhood and early adulthood and then the busy-ness of life took over and it had been years since I stretched properly and I was starting to have pain all the time. Like waking up throughout the night because I was so uncomfortable. Since watching your videos I’ve started just a basic little routine again and I can’t believe the difference it’s already making. Thank you so much!!

When I was a kid in gym class I used to W-sit, then push off from my ankles, lifting my butt up a bit so I moved forward. I did this repeatedly (it makes your legs look like Pacman's mouth) and was able to weird out my friends by using this movement to move across the smooth gym floor lol

I just tried it and I'm happy I can still do it lol

Honestly, this is what they should have been teaching us since elementary school. Imagine all the injuries we could have avoided.

It’s also way more accessible in terms of school funding, the ability for kids to continue working on it at home in their room, on the playground is huge if you’re trying to create lifelong habits.

I appreciate the lessons learned and fun of team sports but it’s not sustainable for most people. This is.
