This yoga class includes a spinal warm-up (cat cows and all the good stuff) and then we move toward flow sequences which include Warrior 2, lunges, squats, splits, mandala and more. Breath to movement and a lot of energy and movement in a compact time. I completed 100 straight days of yoga today....and every video has been a Five Parks Yoga video!
This was the first video I did of yours, and so I revisited it today to celebrate. I am stronger, healthier, and happier because of you. Thank you so much for all of your videos. I am so happy I picked up yoga during this quarantine. Thank you!!!

I have improved SO MUCH doing your videos! I remember the first 45 minute power yoga I came across and said hey why not. It was difficult but now I have so much more skill and control. You are such a great teacher. As soon as I clicked on this video it was over. None of your videos are boring.

Hello Erin, follow you to do yoga for long time, just want to say your vinyasa flow is the best among youtube for me . So calm, smooth and good pace enough to concentrate without thoughts.
