This healing sleep meditation is very special. It is a guided sleep meditation to heal digestive issues while resting at night. And can easily be added to your bedtime routine to help you fall asleep and stay asleep while your body regenerates and recuperates.

Like all meditations on Generation Calm, it is written, performed and edited by me, Clare, using my relaxing female voice.
Special care has been taken to include a full body scan, suggestions that you can believe you are a good sleeper, emotional-release and a calming guided visualization.
Having trouble falling asleep or waking up at night and having difficulty falling back to sleep is really frustrating. And stressful events can add to the pressure of wanting to fall asleep but not being able to. It’s annoying because stress triggers insomnia and then lack of sleep increases stress and anxiety. And on top of all that your gut microbiome needs you to sleep well in order to function at an optimal level.
So there are three things that you need for a good night’s sleep:
• finding a way to manage stress.
• getting into to good sleep routine.
• a healthy gut microbiome.
And relaxation exercises are really effective at dealing with all of these. Using this guided sleep meditation regularly can help you be in control of falling asleep.
