Anxiety can show up when thinking about and living in the future. Whether your thoughts are in the past or the future, an overthinking mind can bring turmoil to your world and experience.

Meditation is a process of lightening up manifestation.guide of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.

My anxiety was at a 10/10. Normally this would last hours or days at this level. I randomly chose this vid and seriously in 3 minutes, I was completely relaxed and my panic is GONE. I am so grateful I could cry! SAVE THIS VIDEO!! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for giving me a clue on how to end my never-ending pain. I’ve suffered from stress, anxiety and depression for many years. It has in turn given me several other illnesses and somatic symtoms. Thanks to stress, four years ago I started having intense chronic pain focused around my sternum. Since then I’ve had a couple hours in total of no pain at all, seemingly random.

I’ve been looking for a way to get rid of the pain, and nothing works. I mean nothing. But as I listened to this, the pain subsided and was completely gone for a few minutes. I almost cried. Best guided meditation that I’ve found so far! Even a short break from the pain means the world to me. I’m going to try this again. Maybe it will cure me completely one day.

This really helped! Had suffered from overactive, scattered mind a few days now, always wanting to do 100 things at once, resulting in stress. I listened to it today in the morning and it totally calmed me down immediately and for the whole day! Really helps to remember to stay JUST in the current moment, focus on one thing at a time. This video almost without fail helps shut my brain down to help me fall asleep very quickly. It’s been a godsend in my life during times of insomnia. It’s basically the perfect combination of things to calm my brain down to where it’s ready to sleep.

I find as I'm getting older (53) I'm more and more not at peace. My mind is overactive, self doubt is kicking in way more often. Im doing more "what if's" as well. Found this video helpful I will do it again. At the end my body felt more relaxed then my mind. At one point I cried just a little not sure what that was maybe I'm just trying to release something? 🙃 🤔 I read some of the comments so my hope to all of you is you find a calm and peaceful state wherever you may need it 🙏 ❤️

This really opened my mind - if I could go from "anxious, freaking out about the future and past mistakes" to "I am standing next to a body of water and I am calm" it truly means I can always alter how I feel in a given moment. So if I have a choice someplace I thought I have no control - that's life changing. THANK YOU for this meditation.

I loved this meditation. I suffer of anxiety and depression and I was having a panick attack. My heart beat was very high and I needed to calm down. I'm so happy to have found this video. I relaxed and even feel better with my emotions. I check my heart beat right after and it has slowed down 😊
I think I'll listen this video once a day, it's very powerfull 💖
