Thank you for this empowering, embodying flow! I have a connective tissue disorder and hypermobility which make it difficult for me to balance flexibility and stability in my body, as well as proprioception, and I adore your slow, intentional approach to building awareness and foundational security. This will be another of your classes I take over and over!

This strength and flexibility practice felt great!!! Tried for the first time some poses, like the lunge with the top of foot on the floor, and maaan that felt crazy, but great at the end!

WholeHealth team get together for a Zoom meeting to practice together during the lockdown, and this was our session this morning. This was a great way of focussing, and starting the day positively together, Thank you for this great practice.

Loved it. Quick question for the very first pose, Toes’ Pose: can I let my heels fall out to the side a little so that I’m leaning on all my toes or should I keep my heels close together so that I’m really only resting on my big toe? Thank you, grateful as always.
