Tana, I’m a retired yoga teacher since 2019. I practice daily at 65 years. I look forward every morning to practice with you. Yoga is more fun than it ever was. Thanks for being a wholesome teacher as I need a teacher with integrity.

First time I’ve practiced with one of your lessons. Things i loved about this: 1) great balance of work on strength, balance, and flexibility; 2) good length for a parent looking for an efficient yoga workout; 3) poses are creative, and sequenced into a very nice flow; 4) a real shavasana lasting several minutes, not the standard youtube “enjoy your shavasana” then blaring advertisements. 10/10, thank you.

I am 66 and have been doing yoga since 2014. It's been and continues to be transformative for me. I go through different seasons and different online yogis. I'm so glad I found you. I'm doing you daily and I'm really enjoying the creativity you bring to the mat.

Hey Tana . Good morning, this is your very loyal silent Jamaican, who oractises with you every morning, first thing to kick start my day. I certainly enjoy my classes . Today was awesome! What a wonderful workout. Your explanation of the poses are so clear I really have to look at the screen. I admire how you move from one side of the body to the next. Some poses might be a little challenging but, your instructions and patience allow Enjoyment .
Thanks for sharing each day with us and helping to keep us fit and healthy especially me at 66yrs young.
