Today's low impact HIIT is a total body workout with no jumping. Using dumbbells only for resistance we will power through one total body HIIT circuit 2 times. Remember low impact doesn't mean low intensity - challenge yourself and get ready to sweat! #HIITWorkout #LowImpactWorkout #Workout

Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells: I used a set of 5lbs and 10lbs

Thank you Heather. When I first started 2 years ago, it took me 60 minutes to get through a 30 minute exercise video. I had to keep pausing the video to take a break and catch my breath. Now I am 10 pounds lighter and able to keep up. I love your exercise videos. You are the best!

My wife used to struggle with exercise and weight training. She used to accompany me to the gym but would get intimidated by many things there. We discovered how awesome you are this year, and now she follows along to something every day (I join in often as well)! Seriously, thank you for all that you do, for helping my wife and strengthening our marriage!

Hey Heather! I’ve been doing your videos for almost 2 years now usually 5 days a week. I was powering through and in the best shape of my life until I had to have a total hysterectomy through my
Abdomen 4 weeks ago today, as a 34 year old woman. Needless to say it has been a really difficult recovery. I am finally just now able to hold our toddler again, with some assistance, just in time for Christmas. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for the timing of this low impact HIIT as I will be able to start easing back into exercise and this is exactly what I need to help me get strong again and get ready to return to work in January. Ive missed you this past month! Thank you!

A posterior knee tear has compelled me to find more love for low impact with weights! My orthopedic surgeon told me no more jumping jacks or other high impact/jarring moves unless I want a fast track to a knee replacement. So thank you, Heather, for always giving us the option to still push ourselves but not feel guilty because it's low impact!

This was such a fun workout! When I started on your workout during quarantine period 1.5 years again, I struggled through and realised how I unhealthy I was. I put my mind on it and trained hard with your 12 weeks program and 1.5 years on, you’re still an inspiration to me.
