I had the most painful muscle spasms last night... took my breath away ibwebt off my legs and felt like throwing up. They eased off eventually with sedatives and reading my TMS book. Worst pain ever

I'm currently on week 2 of back spasms, after multiple slipped disk and pinched nerves. Caused by lack of hydration, over exertion and improper sleeping position.

Whenever I cough or sneeze - it’s awful. Close to 9 out of 10. Hitting a bump out riding, like an hour ago, is an easy 6 or 7.

Waiting for the *prescriptions* to get filled. (Hurts BAD right now as I’m typing this! Ow!)
