Alyssa, I can't thank you enough for how you have changed my life with your videos. I was told that I had bone on bone and that there was nothing that could be done except eventually a knee replacement. After I started working with you on your utube videos, my pain is just about gone, only a little discomfort once in a while. You are a Godsend...may God richly bless you for caring and posting those life changing videos.

10-10-24. Just found your video on YouTube. I just did both your exercises and this worked. Perfect! I broke my femur in 2022, pins put in. I went through physical therapy, I walk too. But nothing worked to avoid stiffness in my knee except your exercises and they make sense about fluid build up. To release fluid lift legs or extend 20 counts. Yes, these exercises worked great. Thank you 🙏

Alyssa what a to the point effective educational video. It doesn't take space, very convenient for elderly people. Im 65yrs old, recently retired nurse from a very busy city hospital. Yes, they work. These were part of my PT exercises due my torn meniscus. I do them in the bed too. Thank you for all you do. We really appreciate it😊

Wait wait wait wait.., . Really respect what you have. But. I am 70 years old. Had this problem plus some others. I started taking 3300 mg of collagen everyday. After 1 month no more joint pain. In fact I was active before but I feel as good joint wise as I was in my 30s. Also all the other benefits my skin became more flexible again my hair started getting thicker. And everybody now ask me what am I doing because I look so much younger and healthier that ever. COLLAGEN!!!! It truly is a miracle

Tried these amazing slowly but it worked as arthritis in knee.. for me i prefered doing the heel action but it made a big difference to stand up and didnt feel in agony... so thankyou i will continue few times a day as it works just have to take it steady.. thankyou so much

I tried these exercises on my train ride to my daughters today and they worked. I was able to get out of my sear and walk with ease. 😊Thank you for sharing! ❤

What a great help! For some reason, wherever arthritis can develop, it seems to have come crashing down everywhere, knees, middle back, neck. Walking is a struggle, and joints seem to get stiff by simply sitting. I do notice just constantly avoiding staying immobile helps. And the “pump “ analogy is very useful.

Thank you for this video! I do such exercises as I'm on the train commuting to work which is an hour long ride. Such exercises really help decrease the stiffness of my knees and allows me to get up from my seat with ease and comfortably walk to my destination. Thank you Alyssa!

I’m 69 yr old male, decided I was still young enough to lay a 24mtr by 1.3mtr concrete footpath along the house, well, I twisted my left knee last week, now I don’t feel young, I’m going to give your exercises a try, 🇦🇺 😊

You have no idea how much I needed to see a video like this one! I am still stunned by how rapidly stiffness took over my knee. May I ask about getting out of bed? Which exercises help combat the stiffness in that situation? Thank you!
