How To Build Massive Forearms - 3 Simple Exercises

A common question is: How can I get massive forearms like yours? 💭
Let me tell you frankly; I have been working out for the last decade, so your forearms won't become like mine overnight. Or, like Popeye, my friends sometimes called me out! 💪💪💪
In this video, I show you 3 exercises you can start today to build the forearms of your dream!
They will bring you the desired results because I have done them for so many years and so my pretty satisfied clients.
Exercise 1️⃣: Reverse Curl
How-to:
⚬ Use shoulder width grip with your hands on top of the bar (pronated grip)
⚬ Lower the bar to the starting position slowly & with control
✅ Tip: Too much weight can lead to injury, so place less weight on the barbell bar. Build the massive forearms with many repeats of the same exercise in one set and rep.
Exercise 2️⃣: Dumbbell wrist Flexion
How-to:
⚬ Let your hand hang off the edge of the gym bench.
⚬ Bend your wrist until you feel a deep (but comfortable) stretch.
⚬ Squeeze your forearms for a second. At the top of the rep & then lower the dumbbell back down.
Exercise 3️⃣: Reverse Dumbbell wrist Flexion
How-to:
⚬ Place your forearm on the gym bench with your palm facing down.
⚬ Descend until you feel a good stretch in your forearm.
⚬ Come back up by flexing the underside of your forearm.
And, of course, remember to breathe between your repeats. 😮💨🫁
Results do not come overnight, so sticking to your workout plan and consistency will bring you the desired results over time.
