Hey Rick. Wanna tell you something. I have mild muscular dystrophy and lost the ability to jump. No plantar flexion. I found you workouts and have been finally been able to workout and get sweaty without jumping or running. NEVER would have thought possible. I appreciate a guy with your talent and shape not just going for the he man type vids. Your amazing man. I can actually keep right in step with you. I deal with Fibromyalgia and these walking workouts are perfect. I can put in as much energy as possible for me on any given day, or take it down to get my steps by not cause a flare. Thrilled to find you. It IS a great vibe and your energy is infectious.

I have signed in for the 7 day challenge, and because the weather is getting better, I try to add some 15k steps under my belt, with 10k being the minimum... today i made...16+K almost 17, plus your workouts and more drinking water... i am starting to feel better!! thank you!!
