I've been doing this for two weeks! I feel better about myself inside and out like I used too! When I did this for about two months awhile ago, I lost 35 Lbs! Stay consitant!

In just 5 minute workouting on that i thought i will just pass out and i wanted to stop doing exercise that i had to, but i just said to myself: how will i get a sexy body, -5kg if i don't sweat and sore ?
that was my motivation to the end. Now i'm easier for just 200 kcal, very little number of lbs, so what? I can't expect to lose 500 kcals in 5 mins... but, sure, i'm one step closer to my goal. Guys, do this workout if you don't cause you will feel great and fit! Don't wait!!!!

IDK about you guys, but she is my favorite coach, and not rebecca. rebecca was like more serious, and kelsey was just perfect to motivate me every to every exercise

This Workout is honestly amazing. In the past 2 days I’ve lost 2 lbs by doing it twice the first day and once the second day. So far in my journey I’ve lost 5.8 lbs! I’m extremely proud of myself. I wish you all good luck in whatever your goals may be. I’ll keep you updated if I lose anymore weight.

Am I the only person that thinks that a lot of effort just for 200 calories? I think I'd rather just eat 200 calories less that day.

You can combine videos however you like or space them out through the day for a combined total of 30-60 mins of exercise!

I got 16 minutes in and I tapped out Lol. I did good for my first try but I am sweating up a storm and can't catch my breathe. Hope I do better tomorrow when I try again

Doing this workout made me realize I have NO arm strength whatsoever. I died on the caterpillar pushups!
