I'm aware that my biceps are quite a strong suit of my physique. In this video, I show y'all how to grow some HUGE BICEPS as biceps training tends to get either over-complicated or over-simplified. Keep in mind that there are different variations that can be done for these exercises. However, I've chosen these specific exercises to create a well-rounded routine focused on training the biceps in different areas -- considering resistance curve, shoulder position, etc.

I really need this, it's been months and my biceps just aren't growing and I'm lifting roughly the same weight whilst other muscle groups are growing. It's frustrating but I'll get there eventually, your content is amazing Tyler :)

this is epic. the landmine reverse curl really hurts my inner upper elbow though. Feels like it gives me tennis elbow
