Completely agree. Weighted pull ups and dips are incredible exercises. I genuinely do not understand why people do not include these in their training.

Wow, I've learned a lot from you sir. These movements will not only make you jacked and super strong. But also it will make you functional as well. Squats, Deadlift and Weighted pullups, dips has real life lesson and contributions in our overall life as well.

Squats-When life brings you down with tons of challenges and hardships. It's all about standing back up when something gets you down.

Deadlift-Its not the Heavier loads that breaks you. It's the way you carry it.

Weighted chin/Pullups- Spread your wings like an eagle. The wider your wings, the farther you can go.

Weighted dips-Push yourself up, because no one's gonna do it for you.

I agree with this one except I have to include the push-ups because that is what pulled my body out of severe deterioration.

I would replace dips with OHP.

I shall keep rotating through the variations of these four exercises to avoid various problems over the time.

I would argue that would be the most fundamental thing you could perfect for your overall health as far as exercise goes, 90% of humans can’t do any of those very efficiently. I would trade squats for lunges personally. Unilateral exercises are king for balance and longevity imo. Other than that, fantastic list for building overall strength. You’re an absolute beast. Thank you
