Hey Bob and Brad. Just found your channel because I injured my shoulder today while snowboarding. I've come to the conclusion it is not a rotator cuff and I think it will heal just fine, most likely a strain in my opinion and from watching your videos. I did want to say though that your audio quality seems better 4 years ago then it does today. I see you guys switched to different mics so I'm sure that's why, just wanted to let you know! Keep putting out the awesome PT videos!

I was working in the chicken coop today and when getting out I fell about 4 ft. Landed on my side on concrete. I don't know quite how I did it but on my way down definitely pulled my hip flexor. Thanks for the knowledge.

Thank you for your video. About five months ago I injured both sides of my abdomen. I used bands that were two tough pulled hard twisting on both sides. The next day my stomach swelled huge. It was hard and burning and contracting. I couldn’t sleep for days it was burning. I couldn’t get my doctor. I got a walk in and he sent me for an ultrasound. So much pain felt like I was being cut everywhere. Spoke to my doctor he said do stretches. I tried to do some slow work out and stomach swells again like I’m at the beginning. Doesn’t feel like my stomach anymore. It burns not sure when it will stop. 😰 Five months after injury.

Around 10-11 months ago I was attempting to get big forearms with various workouts. Long story short I didn’t get big forearms, I got wrist bursitis. The wrist bursitis has got decently better but still bending my left hand back is very painful. If you guys could do a video about things you can do about wrist bursitis it would be very, incredibly, appreciate. Love the videos!

Defiantly have second degree, I was at the gym and doing an overhead pull for back and bicep. I had to adjust my grip mid pull and all the weight went too one bicep and I had to over compensate the weight difference and pulled a muscle in my right arm.

Hi guys! I love your channel and miss you, Bob! I have a full thickness glute medius tendon tear. Can the tendon finally detaching cause extreme quad and knee pain, numbness and weakness. I also have glute medius atrophy and fatty infiltration. I may not be a surgical candidate. Will it get worse? What is the prognosis?

Simply bent over to pick up a basketball… felt a sharp pain in my rear and was done. It really limits range of motion.

If anyone’s hip adductor popped while doing some sort of lunge/squat and you’re able to walk with some minimal pain then it could be a sprain. It may be from excessive training saying this after watching this video and doing a self analysis
